Introduction
Welcome to the IAM Worldwide Corporation Independent Distributor Guidelines and Policies. This document outlines the key policies and guidelines that all independent distributors (IDs) must adhere to in order to maintain a productive and compliant relationship with IAM Worldwide Corporation (the Company). Definitions
• “Company” shall mean IAM Worldwide Corporation.
• “ID” shall mean Independent Distributor. An individual authorized to market and sell the Company’s products.
General Guidelines
Appointment and Acceptance
• IDs are authorized to purchase and resell the Company’s products.
• This role does not create an employer-employee relationship; IDs are independent contractors responsible for their own business activities and tax obligations.
Maintaining Active Status
• IDs must purchase products equivalent to 300 Unilevel points (approximately PHP 1,500) monthly to maintain active status and eligibility for commissions.
• IDs must follow the Company’s presentation guidelines strictly and inform prospects about the requirement to maintain 300 Unilevel points monthly.
Compliance
• IDs must comply with all Company policies, procedures, and terms as stated and updated on the Company’s official website.
• IDs must not make any unapproved claims about the Company’s products, including health benefits or therapeutic uses.
Obligations of Independent Distributors
Business Conduct
• IDs should promote and sell the Company’s products actively and ethically.
• IDs should not make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about the Company, its employees, or its products.
• IDs should not solicit other Company IDs for competing network marketing opportunities.
• ID shall not sell, market, advertise, or distribute the products of the COMPANY in any physical stores, shops, grocery stores, pharmacies or any similar establishments as well as online shopping platforms such as LAZADA, SHOPPEE, TEMU, ALIBABA or any similar online shopping platforms a violation of the foregoing provision shall result in the imposition of the corresponding penalties as may be adopted by the COMPANY.
Marketing and Representation
• IDs must use only Company-approved marketing materials and obtain written approval for any personalized marketing materials.
• IDs must not use the Company’s name, logo, or trademarks in unauthorized ways, including on personal websites or URLs.
Communication and Support
• IDs are expected to provide ongoing support and communication to their downline organizations.
• IDs should participate in Company meetings and training sessions to stay informed and compliant.
Obligations of the Company
Support and Resources
• The Company will provide marketing and sales strategies to assist IDs.
• The Company will maintain records of IDs and their downline organizations.
Compensation
• Commissions and bonuses will be calculated based on properly submitted records.
• Any changes to the compensation plan or product pricing will be communicated to IDs and deemed accepted upon publication.
Policies and Procedures
Insurance
• The Company does not provide insurance coverage for IDs' personal property used for business purposes.
Recruiting
• Cross-line recruiting is prohibited. IDs must not solicit individuals or entities already considering or enrolled under another ID.
Pricing
• IDs can sell products at any price but must not advertise prices lower than the Company’s current retail prices.
International Business
• IDs may market products and sponsor new IDs only in countries where the Company operates and must adhere to local laws and Company policies.
Marketing Materials
• All marketing materials must be approved by the Company before use. Requests for approval must include the ID’s information and details about the material’s use and distribution.
Communication
• Unsolicited emails (spam) are not permitted. Emails promoting the business must include a functioning opt-out option.
Termination and Non-Compliance
• Failure to comply with the Company’s policies and procedures may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of the distributorship.
• Upon suspension or termination, IDs will lose all rights to their downline organization, customer base, and any future commissions.
• During the entire suspension period, all commissions and payments of any kind shall be forfeited.
Legal and Compliance
• IDs must indemnify the Company against any claims or damages arising from their actions in violation of this agreement.
• IDs are responsible for adhering to all local laws and regulations in the conduct of their business.
Amendments to Guidelines and Policies
The Company reserves the right to change or update these guidelines and policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Company’s official website or distribution through other official channels. IDs are responsible for regularly reviewing these guidelines and policies to stay informed of any updates.
